A 62- Response from Online-eye-info/Noticed black dots on my eye

Thanks for your Question

There are many causes of eye floaters but the most common cause is vitreous syneresis or vitreous Liquefaction. To read more about eye floaters, click here.

I always advise my patients to have complete ocular examination with dilated fundus examination when they experience eye floaters for the first time followed by another examination 6 weeks later. In this examination we usually look for causes other than vitreous syneresis, such as Uveitis, Vitreous Hemorrhage and retinal detachments. These disorders are easily to be diagnosed and also floaters in these disorders are associated with blurred vision.

I also advise my patients to have annual examination and also to seek medical attention as soon as possible if they notice sudden increase of eye floaters that is associated with Flashes of light.

I had also floaters.

But now it is totally cured by accupressure and accupuncture.
Try it and within 2 months it will be cured.
