8- Chief Complain: I have developed dry eyes,floaters and ghost images in both of my eyes.Floaters are not increasing in number.When i squeeze my eyes ghost images disappear but temporarily for few seconds and its severity changes with time.It is less when i wake up in the morning.When i wear glasses very less or no ghost images.I have no eye flashes.

Ghost images occur due to refractive errors. You said that no ghost images occur when u wear glasses, which means that you should wear eyeglasses to correct your myopia.
Dry eyes can be treated with artificial tears. Eye floaters should be examined with dilated fundus examination to rule out any retinal holes, breaks, inflammation and so on. Most of the time, eye floaters are non significant with no pathological causes.
