Q 55- Do I need eye Glasses?

Hello Doctor,

I have mild pain in the upper part of my neck and back side of my head for the past one week. Does this mean I need glasses? My details as follows:

1- Age: 30 years

2- Systemic Diseases: No

3- Eye Diseases: No

4- previous Eye Surgeries: No

5- Eye drops: No

6- Glasses or Contact Lens Wearer: No

7- Your complain in which eye: None of the eye pains

8- Chief Complain: Headache at back side and upper neck

9- Duration: One week

Blurred vision related headache occurs mainly in the frontal part of the head and around the eye brow and they are associated with blurred vision either to the near or far distance or both. Pain in the neck with headache are most likely due to muscle spasm of the neck or disk problems.
