There are many causes of blurred vision such as cataract, corneal diseases,retinal diseases and so on but at your age and with healthy systemic condition, most likely you have Cataract which causes gradual blurred vision over years.

The thing that you should do now is to visit your eye doctor for full ocular examination to rule out other causes
