Hi, I've had one blood shot eye for about 4 days now, its not sore or itchy, nor does it seem to be getting better or worse. there is discharge and it is quite blurry to see.

You might have Subconjunctival Hemorrhage which is caused by rupture of tiny blood vessels that are located on the white part of the eye. There are many causes, for more information about the causes, click here.
If you noticed blurred vision that occurs with this hemorrhage, you should visit an eye doctor to rule out any associated intraocular hemoorhage also.
