The first thing to do when you have a chemical trauma to your eye is to irrigate it with sterile water at least for 15 minutes.
After irrigation, an eye doctor MUST examine your eyes. Sometimes, irrigation alone is not enough and your eye doctor might have to with a special cotton swab under your conjunctiva and also in the fornix in which remnants of chemicals can be found there.
You said that your vision is blurry. Either the oil drop still sticking to the cornea and in this case your eye doctor will remove it or the oil drop caused a small corneal abrasion which needs antibiotics and artificial tears to treat it.
My advice to you is to have full ocular examination.
