Darkness at one side of your vision might be caused by:
1- Posterior Capsular Opacity, Most Common Cause
2- Tilted intraocular lenses.
3- Dislocated Intraocular lenses.
4- Localized Retinal Detachment.
5- Optic Nerve disease.
I believe that you should visit your eye doctor to have ocular examination.
All patients who underwent cataract surgery should have ocular examination every year.
