Q 44- Right eye tears up when I lay down

Why does my right eye tear up when I lay down? Also, in the morning I have a bag under that eye.

You should check for the patency of the nasolacrimal duct which can cause excessive lacrimation and tearing.
Sometimes, it can cause swelling under the eye.
