Thanks for your Question

Here are the treatment options of High Myopia

1- Eyeglasses.

2- Contact lenses

3- Lasik and PRK. Lasik can correct up to -10.0 D But it depends mainly on corneal thickness in which the higher the refractive error, the thicker the cornea should be.

4- Clear lens extraction. This type of surgery usually done for patients with higher refractive errors than -6.0 D.

5- Phakic Intraocular lens Implantion. This is a good choice for patients with high refacrive errors who aren't good candidates for Lasik surgery. For more information, Click Here

Thanks for your Question.

You still 14 years old and your vision is not stable. Usually it stabilizes at age of 21. The best thing is to wear eye glasses or contact lenses.
Surgical options such as clear lens extraction or phakic IOL are not good options now till your vision is stabilized.

You should have regular fundus examination
